心理咨询预约流程

墨尔本Melbourne 中文心理咨询、催眠治疗、临床心理治疗、婚姻咨询、和家庭咨询

- 预约心理咨询 ：

1. 选择合适的咨询方式：视频或者面对面 Burwood 咨询。选择访谈日期及时间并付费。

2. 注册并登记真实的个人信息。

3. 您的邮箱将会收到来访知情同意书及信息表，请在咨询前仔细阅读填写并签字。

4. 咨询师收到签署后的同意书后会发邮件给您具体的位置和签到信息。

5. 咨询师会在约定的时间及方式与预约者取得联系并开始咨询。

6. 如果您需要更改时间，请发送电子邮件或通过微信联系：auxinli。

7. 所有的会谈均需提前预约。未到场/迟到超过15分钟/在预约时间24小时内更改时间和取消，将收取全额费用。

Booking and Cancellation Policy 预约心理咨询及取消政策

1. Choose telehealth or in-person counselling. Select an appropriate date and time, and make payment.

2. Register on our Client Portal with your accurate personal information.

3. Check your email for the informed consent form and intake form. Please carefully read and fill out the forms BEFORE your appointment.

4. At least one day before the scheduled appointment, you will receive email about parking space and sign-in procedures.

5. The therapist will contact you at the agreed-upon time and location.

6. If you need assistance for a change of time, please email us or contact us on WeChat: auxinli.

7. All sessions are by appointment only. No show/Late arrival more than 15 min/Change of time and cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will all incur the full fee.
